Reservation process online

Reservation using the reservation system is made as follows:

  1. The Customer is given the opportunity to choose the offered Services, which are presented in the reservation table.
  2. After familiarizing himself with the composition and price of the Service, the Customer can choose the term for the selected purchase and additional conditions.
  3. After choosing the offer, the Customer goes to the next step, the form where he indicates his personal data and his comments regarding the reservation.
  4. After filling in the data, the Customer can make an advance payment through the mokejimai.lt system or choose payment through his/her room account.

II. Payment and cancellation of reservation

  1. The amount of the order is transferred to the room account, or by paying the order immediately through the payment system mokejimai.lt, at the time of its order.
  2. You can cancel or reschedule the Service reservation without a cancellation fee no later than 4 hours before the start of the Service. If the guest does not arrive, if the reservation is not canceled or is canceled less than 4 hours before the start of the Service, the cancellation fee is 100% of the Service price. This amount will be deducted from your advance payment or transferred to your room account.

III. Final provisions

  1. The Customer must correctly indicate the data in the reservation form. The hotel is not responsible for an incorrectly chosen term for Service, nor for incorrect other data specified by the Customer.
  2. The electronic payment system mokejimai.lt is responsible for the correct service of the collected reservation money.
  3. The hotel or the company providing the online reservation service is not responsible for the unavailability of the system not due to their fault and for other malfunctions beyond their control.

IV. Approval of regulations
By ticking "I have familiarized myself with the regulations", the Customer declares that he has understood the conditions presented in the regulations and agrees with them. Without confirming the regulations, the reservation does not work.
